Rental Basics

  • Just choose your gear, select your rental dates, and book online. You can pick up your gear or have it delivered. After your trip, return it clean or dirty — we handle the rest.

  • Each product page lists exactly what’s included. Most packages include tents, sleeping bags, pads, and optional cooking gear. Add-ons like stoves, lanterns, or chairs can be added at checkout.

  • Rentals are by calendar day. For example, a weekend rental covers 2 nights e.g Friday to Sunday, with return on Sunday evening or Monday morning.

  • Of course! You can build your own setup by renting just the gear you need or customizing an existing package.

Pickup, Delivery & Returns

  • Pickups are available at our Toronto pickup hub. Exact pickup instructions will be emailed after you book.

  • Yes! We offer local delivery and pickup for an extra fee. Just enter your address at checkout to see if you're eligible.

  • Pickup is usually the afternoon before your rental begins (after 4 PM), and returns are by 11 AM the day after your trip. We’ll confirm all times in your confirmation email.

  • Let us know as soon as possible. Late returns may incur a small fee, but we try to be flexible when we can.

Gear Quality & Cleanliness

  • Absolutely. All gear is professionally cleaned, inspected, and packed after each rental.

  • We only provide high-quality, name-brand camping gear and regularly check for wear, damage, and performance.

Payment, Deposits & Cancellations

  • Yes depending on the equipment value. However, we reserve the right to charge for lost, stolen, or severely damaged items.

  • Cancellations are free up to [X] days before your start date. After that, partial refunds may apply. See our Rental Policy for details.

  • We accept all major credit cards and payment through our secure online checkout.

Planning & Packing

  • We recommend food, water, clothing, and personal items. Use our Camping Essentials Checklist for guidance.

  • No deep cleaning required! Just shake out dirt and pack everything back into its containers. We'll handle sanitation and washing.

  • Yes! We support group, school, and corporate rentals. Contact us for custom packages and pricing.

Gear Support

  • We inspect everything, but if something goes wrong, contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to fix it or offer a solution.

  • Yes — all tents are waterproof and rated for 3-season use. Sleeping bags are rated for moderate temps. Let us know if you're camping in extreme conditions.
