Reserve your rental

Choose your rental dates directly on the product or bundle page. Availability is shown before you check out.

Flexible duration Book rentals from one night up to 30 nights.

Rental pricing We charge per night. For example, picking up on Friday and returning on Sunday is a two-night rental.

Instant confirmation Your confirmation email includes your selected gear and rental dates.

Getting your gear

Choose Pickup or Delivery

Pick up your order from our College and Ossington area location, or choose delivery across Toronto and the GTA.

Free bundle delivery Delivery is included with our complete camping bundles.

$25 gear delivery Orders containing individual rental items are a flat $25 delivery fee.

Coordinated in advance We will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery or pickup time window.

Full pickup instructions are provided after your booking is confirmed.

Your equipment is cleaned, inspected, organized and prepared so you can spend less time worrying about gear and more time outdoors.

Complete tents Tents include poles, stakes, rainfly and essential setup components.

Carefully prepared Sleeping and cooking equipment is cleaned between rentals.

Checked before departure Every rental is inspected before it leaves with you.

When you arrive, do a quick equipment check and contact us if anything needs attention.

At the end of your trip

Return the Gear

Bring your equipment back to our pickup location, or add our collection service for an easier end to your trip.

Return it yourself Drop the gear back at our College and Ossington area location at the arranged time.

$30 collection service Add gear pickup once to your order, regardless of how many items you rent.

Return condition Please return all items complete, reasonably clean, packed together and free from avoidable damage.

You do not need to deep-clean the equipment. Please remove loose dirt and food from cookware and coolers, and allow wet tents, tarps or sleeping gear to dry whenever possible. If something must be returned wet, muddy, damaged or incomplete, let us know so we can take care of it properly.

After equipment is returned

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit helps protect the equipment and is released after your returned rental has been checked.

What it covers Damage, missing equipment or cleaning beyond normal use.

Typical release time Most deposits are released within two to three days.

Clear communication Any deduction will be explained with the relevant details.

When plans change

Changes & Flexibility

Camping plans do not always go exactly as expected. Contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

72+ hours before Cancel at least 72 hours before your trip for a full refund.

Within 72 hours Receive a credit that can be used toward a future rental.

Date or gear changes Adjustments can be made whenever inventory availability allows.
