Book Your Dates
Select your dates directly on the product or bundle page and reserve the gear you need.
- Rentals available from 1 day to 1 month
- Weekend rentals typically run Friday to Sunday
- Live availability shown before checkout
Once payment is completed, your booking is confirmed and you’ll receive a confirmation email with your rental details.
Pickup & Delivery
Choose the option that works best for your trip — we offer delivery across Toronto and the GTA, and pickup from our convenient College & Ossington area location.
- Camping bundles include free delivery
- Individual items have delivery options at checkout
- Pickup details are shared after booking
You’ll receive coordination in advance so everything is smooth and straightforward.

- Tents include poles, stakes, rainfly and essential accessories
- Sleeping gear is cleaned and prepared after every rental
- Everything is checked before it goes out
We recommend doing a quick check when you arrive and contacting us if anything needs attention.
Pickup or Return
When your trip is over, getting the gear back to us is quick and straightforward.
- Return to our convenient College & Ossington area location (full details shared after booking)
- Or add pickup at checkout for $30
- Pickup is arranged within a 2-hour window
Please return items reasonably clean and dry to help avoid cleaning or damage charges.
Deposit & Responsibility
A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals and is released after gear is checked in.
- Covers damage, missing items or excessive cleaning
- Most deposits are released within 2–3 days after return
- Any deductions are explained clearly with details
From delivery until pickup or return, rented gear remains your responsibility during the booking period.
Changes & Flexibility
Plans can change, so we aim to be as flexible as possible whenever availability allows.
- 72+ hours before your trip → full refund
- Within 72 hours → credit for a future rental
- Date or gear changes depend on inventory availability
If something unexpected comes up, reach out and we’ll work toward a fair solution.
